
Super Whoop, 8.5mm Motors, Beecore F3 FC

This is a major makeover of another frame to fit the Beecore F3 board. Unfortunately, the Beecore FC took up too much space, leaving no room for the battery underneath. To solve this issue, I designed a custom battery holder that can accommodate 400mAh cells. I also used this camera mount with roll bar: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1815820 Honestly, I'm thinking it's possible to run 800-1000mah 1S cells for maximum performance. Without the battery, the weight is 45g, and 39g without prop guards. The 8.5mm motors weigh a significant 5g each, making them much heavier than the standard 6mm motor builds. Despite this, the speed outdoors is surprisingly fast, and it flies nicely indoors if kept in Horizon/Self-level mode. Let me know what you think of it!!
