<p>I decided to create a bottle opener myself. Instead of a Coin or only the plastic edge i wanted to use a washer for more robustness.<br>I like the washer optically better than a coin.</p><p>You have to use a washer for M4 screws, here are the dimensions of my washer.</p><p>Outer diameter: 11,9mm<br>Hole diameter: 4,45mm<br>Height: 1,05mm</p><p>I have not tested it with other washers, but i think small deviations should be fine.<br>But in the fine tuning i noticed that the height of the cutout is important, so i wouldn't use a washer higher than 1,05mm.</p><p>I printed the parts with the following settings:<br>Top/Bottom solid layers: 2mm<br>Perimeters: 3<br>Infill: 50% Gyroid<br>Resolution: 0,2mm<br>Material: PLA<br>Supports: No<br>Brim: No<br>Nozzle: 0,4mm</p>
