This is a printable Wanhão D7 printable vat. I printed this with 3-4 perimeters, 0.2mm layer height, and 50% infill using PLA. Using ABS will result in it melting due to repeated UV resin exposure. For a 6" piece of glass, apply epoxy first, then pour in 65g of Sylgard 184 PDMS, ensuring the surface is completely level during application. To complete the setup, cut and glue an adhesive FEP sheet.
