Super Soaker XXP 275 tank cap
thingiverse
Picked up a super soaker at the thrift store without the water tank cap. They just don't build those like they used to. I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to measuring threads or screw design, so my analysis might be way off. In my case, it's still leaking a bit, and I think it's probably leaking through the actual print itself. Print Settings Printer: My I3 printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25mm Infill: 20 Notes: I had to rotate it so the cap would sit on the build plate. I printed with PETG at a .25mm layer height and it's working alright. How I Designed This I used Tinkercad to design this thing, along with the ISO metric thread shape builder. To be honest, I have no idea how any of that works, but the cap screws on pretty tightly.
