Print the main trophy with extensive support structures throughout, extending far beyond what's provided by the build plate. Next, print the second-place trophy without any supports at all, including those needed for its top section. To assemble them seamlessly, use a color of your choice for the base and top (I opted for silver), while rendering the "glass" component in a transparent hue. A generous amount of superglue, epoxy, or hot glue will be sufficient to secure each piece together with a large margin of tolerance. Feel free to adjust the dimensions to suit your preferences. This design was created in haste, but I'm happy to make adjustments or offer suggestions as needed. Additional designs are on their way.
