Super-Simple Up Feed Mechanism with Adjustable Spring

This Up! hot-end filament feed mechanism replacement features an adjustable spring for maintaining filament contact with the gear. Designed for easy printability and minimal plastic usage, it requires two additional parts: a pen clip from a Pilot Precise V7 Rolling Ball pen (alternatives may work) and an M3 screw of at least 12mm length. Assembly instructions include printing both STL files, clip bending, attaching the connector holder and PCB, and mounting onto the printer. The adjustment screw can be tightened for filament diameter compensation, while a polished steel pen clip minimizes ABS friction. Note that this design does not incorporate an extruder cover mount.
