I found this cable clip somewhere on the web and it was just so simple to use. I wish I can remember the original maker. I decided to design a similar cable clip with a screw hole. I made it slightly different for my use case and will probably design a few more versions of this in the future because it worked really well for me. They are quick to print and easy to use.
