Super Simple Sand Tools

Super Simple Sand Tools

thingiverse

If you're set to build an awe-inspiring sand castle with science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics skills, then you're about to begin printing! With only a handful of shapes, you can create incredibly complex buildings. This print is a day at the beach. Using simple geometric shapes, you can mold and sculpt your best imagination's sand castle, but that's not all - you can measure your castle or other sand structures' volume. With our linear function, you can find the volume of your creation. Imagine towering up structures and turrets to defend against invading armies! A great wall surrounds your fortress. The simple shapes include the cube (100ml), pyramid (30ml), parabola (35ml), and my favorite, the hexagonal prism with a volume of 75ml. Scale them up or down; I made them at factory size. Also print hand tools so you can sculpt the sand to your specifications. The pattern maker will let you put everything from emblems to fractals on your castle's buildings, roads, and walls. And after you're done, place the JMAP emblem plate onto your castle so everyone else can know that they can get their castle-making kit on Thingiverse! I entered this challenge because my printer is starting to fall apart - well, has fallen apart - and I need a new one. I don't have it in my budget to get another one, so this contest is my only hope. I have my own LLC and am currently going to school. Having a printer lets me solidify my thoughts. I can make my prototypes and equipment into plastic. Without the technology, I won't be able to do this anymore. I also make custom items and sell them, and a 3D printer is a must. I believe that everyone should be able to create and build, improve and create, with work and endurance you can create what you imagine! I included two sets of thick-walled and thin-walled molds so you can choose which one you want. And this is just the beginning - get ready for more molds!
