I wanted a compact holder that was straightforward, robust, small, and printed in under five hours. Simple rubber band clamp Mini Holder - the name says it all. It freestands and you just wrap a rubber band around the outside; it will hold mini basses up to 55 or maybe even 60mm. It has three tiers to hold minis, each level featuring an interior bevel. Print as place with no supports, 10% infill, or 5 - use 3 or more layers for shell. I used a support blocker for the main body and only 70% supports for the small piece, which printed in three hours and 22 minutes. Okay, I had to adjust the tolerance for expansion; this should be good now. I printed two of these yesterday, and they work fine. I decided to make a few minor alterations so they grip better with deeper teeth and a dovetail slide. So, I included version 2 - same print times and supports, only needed on the separate jaw.
