Super Simple and Quick Test Pattern

Super Simple and Quick Test Pattern

thingiverse

I needed a super simple, super quick test pattern to test the z-offset on my BLTouch, so I whipped up this in FreeCAD. It's just a 150mm square bisected horizontally and vertically with one solid circle in each corner and one solid circle in the middle. The lines are all 0.8mm wide, with two perimeters using a standard 0.4mm nozzle; the corner circles are all 8mm in diameter; and the center circle is 16mm in diameter. Cura defaults to a 0.3mm layer height for the first layer, so that's the height of this pattern. Printing at 0.2mm with a print speed of 40mm/sec, this print only takes four minutes - not including warm up time or time spent running a leveling profile. --- **NOTE** * Due to either a Thingiverse bug or shadowbanning, my models no longer show up under the Newest listings. If you want to see more of my models, please follow me. If you print this, it would really help if you'd post a make so others can find this model.
