V2 Update: - Increased tolerances for idler arm simplify assembly - Tensioner mount tilted for more idler pressure This highly accessible, compact bowden extruder uses as few parts as possible. Designed to be easy to source, it requires just 2 bolt lengths and uses binder clip arms to tension the idler arm. With a sharp MK8 gear and 3 binder clips for tension, this extruder is strong enough to lift an entire spool of filament while printing. Currently, the extruder fits the 10mm bowden coupling included with E3D hotends. The extruder mount also works well with 15mm aluminum extrusion.
