The Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma is a four-bladed, twin-engine medium-sized utility helicopter, an enlarged and re-engined version of the SA 330 Puma. First flying in 1978, it replaced the SA 330 Puma as the main production model in 1980. Since 1990, military Super Pumas are marketed as AS532 Cougars. The North Sea oil industry favors this helicopter for transporting personnel and equipment to and from oil platforms; by 2005, various models were operated by 38 nations for diverse purposes, with a total of 565 Super Pumas (including military-oriented Cougars) delivered or on order. This model features approximately 34,283 polygons, an interior visible through the canopy glass, group information for separate parts like blades and landing gear, and two OBJ/MTL files: "InFlight" with blade blur transparency map and landing gear up, and "Landed" with static blades and gear down. Textures include three schemes (Army, Coast Guard, Rescue) with 2048x2048 hull maps and 512x512 others; templates are also provided. The materials and textures are logically named for ease of use.
