There are two versions of this model, the main version which is slightly larger than a SNES box and can accommodate a game and the manual, and a smaller version that will only hold the game and is the same size as a Sega Genesis style box.  If you have manuals I highly suggest you use the larger version.  You will need printer that can print at least 286.4 mm in the largest dimension (X or Y) to be able to print this. You can get 6 prints out of a 1KG roll of PLA.  I found that Overture and Hatchbox worked well for my prints.  Use support material for the tabs.  Also print with 100% infill.  I designed this model to be mulitples of a .4 mm nozzle, you might be able to use a .8 nozzle, but I have not tired it.
