Super Nintendo cartridge NTSC
thingiverse
I proudly present the world's first 3d printed Super Nintendo cartridge. The Super Nintendo has always been my lifelong passion since childhood, and creating this project was a dream come true. That's why I'm excited to share it with you, so fellow enthusiasts can enjoy and personalize it to create new and wacky designs. Thank you for downloading, and please leave a comment if you have any suggestions. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: I3 Prusa Hephestos 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Notes: You can check an example of the print settings I used on both sides in the image I uploaded. I highly recommend printing each side standing up to avoid problems joining them if printed facing down. Post-Printing Now that you have both sides printed, remove the support carefully and wear protective eye gear to avoid damage to your eyes. To join both sides, use 3 allen screws: -1 (M3 x 12) for the back, -2 (M3 x 8) for the front. Once joined, open an original Super Nintendo cartridge and transfer the chip to your newly printed cartridge. You might need to file down some interior edges for a better fit.
