Super Mario Question Mark box
thingiverse
This is a 75mmx75mm Super Mario Question Mark Box with a snapping lid. Its walls are just 1.2mm thick, printed using three nozzles spaced 0.4mm wide. I printed it on my Da Vinci Minimaker and encountered some problems with warping and under extrusion. Fortunately, these issues weren't design-related. I hope you'll have better success with your print! _____________ Update: It looks like my Cura settings were not ideal for printing thin walls, even though I designed the print to match a 0.4mm nozzle. Initially, I thought I was experiencing under extrusion on my first print, but it turned out to be a poor bond between the first and third layers of the walls - even with 100% infill in Cura. I printed my second one using XYZprinting slicer and it came out well except for some artifacts from the slicer. So, if you're using Cura, beware of these issues! Feel free to share your settings for printing thin walls.
