Added a ring on the front resting on the printing platform. Scaled up 400% from original design (we prefer them extra large). Printed at full scale with 10% - 25% infill (avoid 25% infill, it was an error, probably want to limit to 12%). Printed on a Prusa i3 Mk2 with Creamy White PLA by the extruder at 230 degrees and bed temperature of 55. Sanded using grits 100, 150 and painted with polyurethane varnish. The Blue cap is coated with a flat finish. The yellow cap was coated with a flat finish and sealed with a glossy polyurethane coating to make it shine.
