I'd love to grab a mushroom figurine to commemorate the 30th anniversary Mario amiibo release. The 3D "pixels" on this miniature masterpiece are meticulously scaled to match the iconic character's design. Although the supports were a bit of a nuisance and the paint job required some extra time, I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Printer Details The Zortrax M200 was used for this print, known for its high-quality results and precision. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes (though they were a bit of an annoyance) Resolution: 0.19 mm Infill: Medium Post-Printing Process After the print was complete, I carefully cleaned it up to remove any excess material. Next, I used acetone vapor to smooth out the surface, giving it a more polished look. Finally, I added some vibrant paint to bring this tiny Mario to life. Designing This Masterpiece The design was created using OpenSCAD, a powerful tool for 3D modeling and rendering.
