Super Mario 64 Mario (With Texture Geometry)

Your SM64 Mario desk buddy prints will now have a face that's unmistakable. Print him with supports for the best results, laying on his back. Once the support material is removed, he'll stand upright on his feet. Also, messing around with scaling in Cura 16 can alter how details are rendered in layer view. Make sure your slicer of choice has a good-looking layer view before printing. This model is still a work-in-progress; I may add line definition to his overall straps and possibly trim the top part of his sideburns that overlap his hat in the future. This happens because the sideburn texture is taller than the surface area it covers in-game. I extracted this model using 1964 and Lemmy's Nemu64 VRML plugin. Textures were taken from Glide 64/Project 64, and then converted into geometry in 3dsmax. Special thanks to all the Mario 64 marios uploaded to Thingiverse before mine that were printed without face textures (cc @ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:730454, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2526267, and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2755515 ). Super Mario 64 is a trademark of Nintendo.
