Super_Man Key Chain

Super_Man Key Chain

I designed this item freehand and routed it out on a CNC Router over 7 years ago. I then imported the design into Inventor, where I used the Extrude tool to give it shape and added details with the Slice function from Netfab. The end result was two identical files that could be printed side by side as one solid color keychain. When you import these files into your slicing program, be sure to load both P1 & P2 without making any adjustments so they align properly for dual printing. These instructions are based on my experience with the CTC 3D printer, where I printed this item using PLA filament at 205C with no heated bed. My settings in Makerware included a layer thickness of .2mm, an infill density of 15%, and two shell layers.
