This design is optimized for Colorfabb 2.2kg spools, which are identical to Prusa's 2KG NGEN spool. They feature a diameter of 30cm and a width of 10cm. If you prefer a specific size, just let me know. After experimenting with several TUSH designs, I discovered that they tend to be somewhat unstable and prone to sagging under heavy loads. To address this issue, I aimed for the lowest possible profile while maintaining stability. This design has been engineered to surpass your needs in terms of strength and performance. It will run smoothly and avoid sagging even after extended use. The spool itself sits 3mm above the floor, ensuring a snug fit. To assemble this design, you'll need to print one main body and four bearing holders. Here's what you'll require: * Four 608 bearings * Four M4 nuts * Four M4x18 (or longer) screws * Four M4 washers (optional) UPDATE: On August 31, 2018, I refined the design of the holder, minimizing plastic usage while preserving rigidity.
