This spool is specifically designed for Colorfabb / Filamentum 750gr filament rolls, which have a diameter of 20cm and a width of 5.5cm. If you prefer a custom size, feel free to request it. After testing several TUSH designs, I found that they often lack stability and can sag under heavy loads. To overcome this issue, I aimed for an ultra-low profile design while maintaining exceptional strength. The spool sits just 5mm above the floor, ensuring smooth operation even after prolonged use. To assemble the spool, you'll need to print one main body and four bearing holders. Here's a list of required components: * Four 608 bearings * Four M4 nuts * Four M4x18 screws (or longer) * Four M4 washers (optional) Update: On August 31, 2018, I refined the design of the holder, reducing plastic usage by a significant margin while maintaining the necessary rigidity.
