This control has two operational modes: Quick adjustment between thumb and index finger or precise calibration with one finger on any cross pin. Depending on printer settings, the inner diameter might be narrower than expected. If it won't fit snugly onto the CR-10 axis, try enlarging the hole using a 6mm drill to ensure a smooth operation.
