A 3D full body scan of Joe Grand depicts him in an impressive superhero pose; this was completed by CyberFX during the filming of Prototype This' Robotic Firefighter Assistant episode. In this show, they were challenged to create a high-tech firefighter pack. The first print made on his Thing-o-Matic w/ Plastruder MK5 utilized support material and raft, resulting in a resemblance to Han Solo in Carbonite. Despite some cleaning required, the print was adequate for his young child's delight.
