Super glue replacement tip with cap

I use super glue extensively throughout my workshop, but unfortunately, it tends to clog the tips of the bottles, forcing me to either painstakingly clean them or shorten the tips entirely by cutting them down to create a larger opening. This was an annoying process that prompted me to take a break and design a custom replacement tip and cap using 3D modeling software. The accompanying photos showcase prototypes printed from PETG white for the base and PLA black for the cap. While you're free to experiment with different materials, I opted for this color scheme because it matched my printer settings at the time of design. The new tip doesn't require any supports during printing, but I highly recommend generating a raft for the cap. When printed at 0.3mm layer height, it fits perfectly onto the bottle. Moreover, the cap does snap securely in place; to prevent the glue from sealing the bottle too quickly, I suggest applying a thin layer of vaseline. I hope you find this design useful and enjoyable to work with. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
