my super flexible MK6 chainmail necktie print with MJF or SLS. why not dye it the color you want. I borrowed the top from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3317572 you can use his links to complete the top. it is a bit short. For me it would need to be around 55cm long. so you need to scale it up. but most 3D printers can't print this big. a few SLS and maybe diagonally in a MJF could work
