A super simple and quick-to-print flute design awaits your fingers. Blow into it with your finger covering the open end and you'll produce a loud, clear sound. To fine-tune this model, tweak the minimum time per layer under Slic3r's Filament -> Cooling tab; the default is 15 seconds. With my trusty fan at hand, I've successfully printed the flute using just 4 seconds per layer, achieving a remarkable print quality in only 15 minutes. No supports are required, but be sure to inspect the output gcode and scale it up or down as needed to prevent infill on curved sections; two perimeters should suffice. With my 0.35 nozzle, I can confidently scale the design to 90% to eliminate all infill entirely. The flute in the accompanying image was printed with a brim, which turned out to be an unnecessary precaution – no brim has ever been necessary for this design.
