This box is a snap to cut on almost any laser engraver or cutter. The DXF file has been specially formatted to fit seamlessly onto 11 x 14 plastic sheets you can easily purchase at Home Depot. I intentionally left the second box blank, allowing you to swiftly insert your own design or text and cut it out. In my photos, I simply typed in my kids' names on each side for a personal touch. Styrene: You can find 11 in x 14 in Non-glare Styrene Sheets at Home Depot's website. Acrylic: Also available is OPTIX 093 in x 11 in x 14 in Clear Acrylic Sheet at Home Depot online. It's not recommended to use Lexan sheets due to their tendency to absorb IR, releasing a noxious odor in the process.
