I modified Punkkills' popular micro 105 FPV quadcopter frame to make it more durable after breaking three original frames from small crashes. I smoothed out corners to eliminate stress concentrations and reinforced arms to improve their rigidity. This modification has proven successful, as I've crashed the new design dozens of times without major damage - only one arm broke in a single spot, which I simply reattached with glue.
