"Super" CoreXY 3D printer Exterior dimensions: 660x660x540, print area: 533x494x450 Want to make it bigger or smaller? Share all files: - IGS file with mounted printer for import in SolidWorks - STL files for printing (no complications) - Modded Marlin firmware - Simplify 3D print profile Machine uses HIWIN original linear guides for X and Y axes. Extruder E3D 0.5 nozzle for faster printing. Electronics: standard MKS GEN 1.4, modified to use second extruder driver for second Z motor. Motors: Nema17 0.9° for high precision in X, Y, and extruder. Z motors are Nema23 for handling heavy platform load. Dual cable length, independent drivers, and long cables ensure synchronized motion and maximum power delivery. Optional secondary end-stop on the other side of Z for self-compensation after each print. Z moves using smooth rods + anti-backlash screws. Easy to switch to linear guides if needed. Design allows for Nema17 (green parts) or Nema23 (yellow parts) depending on platform weight. Platform heated by 2 silicon heatbeds, 2 mosfets, and 2 power supplies with bridging, using only one thermistor. Estimated cost: around 900 euros. No BOM provided, but explained in videos.
