UPDATE: After using it extensively for over half a year, I noticed that the top layer of the "bottle" began to peel off layers, and the "lid" no longer held on securely. To address this issue, I decided to completely redesign the lid and add a locking mechanism to ensure the box stays shut even if it starts to deteriorate. I'm very pleased with the new design; it turned out smaller and more elegant than before. I removed a significant amount of unnecessary material from the rubber part, making it much easier to attach the box. If the TPU ring on the lid is too loose, it's possible to secure it using just super glue. So far, the model is fixed in size, but if anyone expresses interest, I can (hopefully) make it parametric. I designed a glasses box around my own frame, and while it may fit someone else, it was largely inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:335285. However, I wouldn't call it a remix as I designed it from scratch with the goal of creating a symmetrical shape that wouldn't touch the lenses in any circumstances but only the frame to prevent damaging the lens coating. I printed the part that holds the lid out of DevilDesign TPU and it turned out to be perfect for that application.
