I got sick of the awkward camera mounts, and the long cables, the sloppy look, lack of access to the Raspberry Pi so I designed this simple setup. This puts your Pi, and camera all in one nice clean little package. The installation is pretty straight forward you can see from the pictures. 2 key things, first when you install the nuts you can get them started on the screw and just let the screw pull the nut in, it will catch itself on a corner and seat right in perfectly. 2 make sure when you install the video cable the blue side of the cable is on the side of the lock usually, also the fit through the top case is rather tight but it will fit. Reuse the bolts that came out of the motor cover, be aware the servo is going to drop out a bit when you take it loose as nothing will be holding in it. The screws I used for the rest of the installation were M6. You will need 3 socket head M3 nuts, and 3 M3x20 screws, you will need 5 M4 nuts, and 5 pan head M4x9 screws. If you find the M3 sockets aren't sliding into the holes throw one into a drill, lightly press it against the hole and spin it up, when it pops in it done and the screw will go in without issue. You're almost done, the camera swivel screws to the bottom with the M4 bolt and nut pretty straight forward I used an M2x8 bolt and nut to secure the camera bot. Now run your power and USB cables, I use cable chain so my just got run through there otherwise use some zip ties and run them with the other wires. That's it all done, nice and clean!
