This is a wireless page turner made out of one of these Bluetooth keypads (under $8 at the time I'm writing this). Theoretically, it'll work with any phone or computer. The two big pedals push the 0/<Ins> and <enter> keys. The small ones push the <num lock> and <minus> keys. I use it for reading sheet music in MobileSheets, which has the option of setting custom page-turn keys. I imagine most sheet music or transcription programs would have similar functionality.

There are eight parts:

Base

2 springs

2 large pedals

2 small pedals

hinge pin

The base has 12mm spaces on the bottom for little rubber feet. The model would also work with the 2.4GHz version of this keypad (though that one requires a dongle, so it wouldn't work so well with phones). It could be modified to work with the wired USB version.

I recommend printing this in PETG, though it should work in other materials as well. The spring might not work well in PLA, though, thanks to its lower stress tolerance.

The springs are a tight fit in their slots, but once they're in there you shouldn't have to worry about them anymore.
