Super C Clamp

Super C Clamp

Print with 4 perimeters, no support needed. Remember to orient each part in its best orientation. After printing, use super glue to join the two parts together, and you'll have the strongest fully 3D printed clamps ever. Update 16/04/2020: I've uploaded a newer version of the clamp, with an assembly image attached. The new screw design now includes a 0.4mm fillet in its first two layers for easier brim removal. I've also added a groove for using a number 15 wrench (metric, of course) to help you screw the part in place initially. The Screw Base MKII now features a bigger wedge for enhanced mechanical properties in the join. You can use it on either side: one for longer clamping distances (10mm longer, as shown in the real picture), and another for a stronger setup (as shown in the render image in the thumbnail). Chamfers and fillets have been added to all parts for aesthetic appeal and comfortable handling. P/s: I don't have access to proper tools for stress testing, so I can only confirm that it's really strong. Can anyone test it for me and share the results so we can determine its limits? Remember to print with a generous amount of brim for optimal bed adhesion! Take care and keep up the great work, everyone!
