I've printed many bottle openers from Thingiverse, and they all work great, but I wanted one that was even better. No metal is needed: no coins or other metal parts are required. Opens bottles easily and quickly with a smooth motion. Durable enough to open lots of bottles without breaking. Ergonomic design fits comfortably in the hand. Doesn't bend the cap, making it easy to reuse. Small enough to fit in your pocket for convenience. Easy to print at home on any 3D printer. This opener uses a curved prying edge that catches on a significant part of the sharp cap edge. The extra contact spreads out the opening force, so the opener is much less likely to be damaged by the cap edge. The cap lever covers the entire top of the cap to minimize bending and makes it easy to open the bottle. The lever lip forces the cap into the opener, allowing you to lift vertically to the bottle with ease. Since the cap is barely deformed, you can put it back on the bottle and save the rest of your beverage for later in most cases. This is version 9, and I think it's one of the best openers yet.
