SUPB challenge
grabcad
Key features of the board involve 18 individual pieces, weldable into six via plastic welding; it is 2893mm long and weighs only 13.6 kilograms. The board lacks metal components and does not include a paddle, suggesting a surf paddle for better strength and lightness. Assembly is simple, resembling a puzzle, with parts fitting easily without confusion. A 6mm rope connects the pieces and can be replaced inexpensively. Holes throughout enable compact storage when disassembled. Necessary skills include knot tying and untying for assembly. Transport convenience is enhanced by using a kitbag. The design was created in SolidWorks, rendered with KeyShot, and includes STL files and native SolidWorks files. All parts adhere to the printer's size limitations.
