The Supa-Flat X-Carriage is an improved design for Prusa Mendel's x-carriage, featuring bolt-on PLA bushings. It also accommodates the Buddhaschnozzle and Arcol hotends. For assembly, you need 12 M3 screws and nuts for the bushings and belt clamps, and 2 M4 screws and nuts for the extruder body.
