SUP! SD card holder

SUP! SD card holder

cults3d

This is a cool adjustable SD holder called SUP. Although it's primarily designed for computer displays, its adjustability makes it suitable for other applications up to 16mm thick and can store up to seven SD cards. For example, I use it with my display as well as on my Prusa i3. The nut and bolt are designed separately for two key reasons. Firstly, this allows you to use different printing settings. Secondly, if you don't have your printer well-tuned, the screw can be tricky to print, so you can substitute a standard M8 screw and nut instead. I printed all parts at once with varying settings thanks to Simplify 3D and my ZYYX+ 3D printer. However, you can combine colors as you wish. The head is printed with 0.2mm layer thickness and the rest with 0.1mm layer thickness. On my ZYYX+ 3D printer, I reduced the extrusion multiplier to 0.9 for the nut and bolt, and they function perfectly without any issues. This design is intended to be used in conjunction with a custom wallpaper. I've uploaded an example but please keep in mind that I'm not a graphic designer. I'd love for you to design some wallpapers and post them here or on the project's webpage www.makitpro.com - let your creativity shine! Remember to share pictures of your prints, and be cautious when handling SUP, as it can easily become your new obsession!
