Nozzle for SUP board inflation using a Schrader valve. Cut out a Schrader valve from an old bike tube leaving a 20mm diameter base. Apply glue or caulk to the internal rim in the nozzle body where the valve base will sit. Contact adhesive works well. Do the same to the top circumference of the valve base or apply the glue to the end of the screw. Set it into the nozzle body and secure tightly with the screw for an air tight seal. The nozzle requires a rubber washer ring: 30mm diameter, 19mm internal diameter, 5mm thick. Some boards include a spare washer. Printing: Use a raft if desired. No supports. Use 100% infill for maximum strength. PLA worked well for me. Smooth the screw threads lightly with sandpaper so that it turns smoothly.
