I just experimented with the "2D to 3D" feature in Simplify3D. So I took our logo and saved it as a .PNG file, then opened it up in S3D. This particular one came out 65mm wide and ended up being about 3.8mm thick overall. I used 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, and "medium" quality settings. Here are the print settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: Printed with PLA.
