Sunshade for Epson Moverio BT300 and protective case

I designed this shade to enhance visibility of the projected image in sunny conditions and safeguard glasses from harsh sunlight, while allowing for easy insertion from the back. To ensure stability during printing, I printed this top-down or standing on its backside, which requires additional support. Using PETG material yielded satisfactory results, although ABS may also be a viable option, whereas PLA might prove too rigid. A separate compartment was added to store the Moverio with an integrated sunshade for convenience when carrying it around fully assembled. To accommodate my limited print bed size, I divided the design into four parts and joined them together using epoxy glue. This new case version not only holds the controller but also requires two 20mm M4 screws for secure fastening.
