sunshade awning rope guide Mk2

This redesigned version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2907200 functions perfectly well, but its lifespan is limited due to friction slowly wearing down the plastic. To overcome this issue, I opted to redesign it using a wheel-based system. The revised design consists of two printed components: the primary unit and the wheel assembly. Additionally, you will need a 30 mm bolt with a diameter of 5 mm, along with a locking nut and shims measuring 5 mm in thickness. These parts can be printed together from a single STL file. To achieve optimal results, it is highly recommended to print with 100% infill for added strength and durability. The revised model significantly reduces friction, making it easier to lift the sunshade. This design improvement also extends the lifespan of the rope by minimizing wear and tear. The part is specifically designed to accommodate two screws spaced 30 mm apart. The hole for the rope is positioned exactly 30 mm from the line that passes through these screws.
