Sunroof Slider Rail Repair Clip for BMW X5 E36 E39 E53 E46

Hi Everyone, I'm excited to share my 4th iteration of the Sunroof Slider Rail Clips found in older BMWs (X5 E36 E39 E53 E46). These clips are a bit thicker than the original ones, with more plastic infused inside when printed. I've attached a video showcasing the old clips working flawlessly; unfortunately, the new ones broke after a few months due to an accident where I tilted the sunroof higher than intended (tilt times two). The updated design features extra plastic around the joint and between it and the slider below. To print these clips effectively, use max wall count or 100% infill and choose ABS or PETG. While PLA might work, be aware that it may warp or break if exposed to heat. For installation guidance, I'll soon post a video on my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMfzPVdq93SrSCO8tXS3yhA/featured?view_as=subscriber), detailing how to easily insert these clips into the sunroof. In the meantime, explore online videos and forums for additional assistance. Please let me know if this has been helpful and feel free to offer suggestions.
