Sunroof Knob for BMW vehicle

This is a replacement knob specifically designed for the crank sunroof on a BMW E30. It's also possible that it may fit other models, but I made it to fit my 1985, and I'm not sure about its compatibility with other years or models. This version features a spinning design with a glue-in collar. To install, first perform a dry fit of all the parts, then trim and adjust as needed. Make sure that the collar isn't getting pushed down onto the shaft during this process. For the final assembly, start by placing the collar on the shaft. Next, apply a small drop of superglue to the outside of the collar, and then push the knob into place. Depending on the type of glue you're using, it's a good idea to keep spinning the knob as you do this to prevent it from sticking to the shaft. Please note that my model does not come with an emblem, unlike the ones shown in the pictures.
