# Vibrant Plaque - REINVENTION This is an innovative remake of [Sunny](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:877298) by [cerberus333](https://www.thingiverse.com/cerberus333/about). I scaled it down significantly, by 90%, and added a keyhole on the back. The keyhole was remixed from [Keyhole Cutout](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3031383) by [fronck](https://www.thingiverse.com/fronck/about), then scaled up to fit my needs, with a half-cylinder roof added on top. ## Print Specifications **Printer:** Creality Ender 3 Pro, glass bed, insulated enclosure, "blue" bed springs & longer screws. **Filament:** Sunlu, PLA+, Vibrant Orange **Temperatures:** 215C-220C / 65C **Nozzle:** 0.4mm **Initial layer height:** 0.2mm **Layer height:** 0.2mm **Wall Thickness:** 1.2mm **Top Thickness:** 1.5mm **Bottom Thickness:** 1.5mm **Infill:** 20%, hexagons **Infill line multiplier:** 1 **Initial Fan Speed:** 10% **Regular Fan Speed:** 100% **Regular Fan at Layer:** 6 **Supports:** concentric **Support Density:** 60% **Overhang Angle:** 50% **Placement:** touching build plate **Support Interface:** enabled **Support Notes:** The goal of the support settings is to create easy-to-remove support for the keyhole interior. Other density and angle settings would cause the support structure to enter the keyhole, then expand to support the roof. **Print Speed(LCD):** 120% **Adhesion:** 5mm brim + hairspray **Print Time:** 6 to 7 hours Printed on smooth glass using hairspray and a 5mm brim for adhesion. ## Software Used Tinkercad Cura 4.3 ## Finishing Touches Post printing clean-up was done on the bottom edges with a small pair of scissors and a deburring tool. ## Included File(s) **`Vibrant_Plaque-reinvention.stl`** - STL file
