SUNLY Dryer top mount for Elegoo Neptune 2(s)

**A remix of @joeymorgans great design to fit the Elegoo Neptune 2(s) which has no guide rails on the sides of the frame, but only top and bottom.** I added profiles to the bottom of the brackets, which makes it easy to slide the brackets onto the rail. Also, I changed the screw holes so that for extra security (which I recommend) you can just use the clamping screws that come with the Elegoo Filament holder. Since you can't slide the left holder all the way to the left side of the frame like with the Ender because of the screws in the printer frame, I redesigned the filament guide to be extended. **Mounting:** Put the screws into the holes of the two brackets and fasten the nuts on the bottom side only slightly. Now you just have to loosen the two screws on the upper right frame of the printer (do not move the frame) and slide the brackets on. Then put the screws back into the printer frame and tighten them. Check the placement of the SUNLU Dryer on the mounts and then tighten the screws of the brackets so they don't move anymore. The thread for the filament guide is a M10 PTFE connector. If you cut the PTFE tube to the right length, it will just fit into the dryer guide hole and you don't need any additional guide or connector at this outlet. ... *Since I am a complete newbie to 3D printing, this was my first time designing/modifying with Fusion 360.
