Sunlu Filament Dryer S1 Top Hole Guide
thingiverse
I didn't like any of the existing models for the Sunlu Filament Dryer S1, mostly because the existing ones didn't really allow a PTFE tube to come in. My version allows you to screw in a PC4-M10 fitting, and allows the PTFE tube to go into the dryer. It doesn't require any hardware to attach, however, it does require you to drill out the hole to be large enough to fit. The existing hole was just too small to have a fitting with a tube going through. I used a 3/8" bit and it fit perfect. The nut should screw on without much trouble, assuming you have a printer with relatively ok tolerances. Print the Male piece upright, with support, so that the threads for the PC4-M10 fitting print properly.I have also added a M6 version, though I have not tried it yet. If anyone does, drop a comment saying if it works.
