Sunlu Filament Dryer PTFE Screw-in Mount
prusaprinters

A couple things about my model. By adding threads to the already thin mount, it can be broken if you try to tighten the nut down too tight. All you have to do is sinch it up and not over tighten.

I added a small brim to the bottom of the threads because it kept popping off the plate. It is easy to remove… you just have to clean it up well and get the nut on before you try to install it.

I rounded the nut so if you use it for the top hole, it doesn't put stress on the threads as much with a flat nut. You can turn the nut around for the front hole if you want.

I also reemed out the top hole with a ¼" drill bit to fit the mount. Go slow. You don't want to crack your filament dryer.

I remade the whole model in OnShape if you want to mess around or remove the brim or whatever. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9700684fc4c50fa508b3e5bf/w/f225f0c6fa32bcd8b6361b7b/e/c637f308cbb8bd421df96b8a

Print Settings

I did 100% infill at .2 mm layer height
