Sunlu Filadryer S1 5015 Fan Mount/Mod

This is a fan mount I created for the Sunlu Filadryer (S1). The dryer in its stock condition will not heat the filament chamber to 55c as described, because the temp sensor and heater are on the bottom side of the heat plate, and it doesn't accurately create proper temperature. With this fan mount and a 50/15 blower fan attached, it will bring the internal temperature up to about 48c which is proper for drying PLA and maintaining other filaments. Just tap into the 24v power supply and your good to go. There are lots of YouTube videos on mods for this unit and shows you how to tap the power for a fan. I created this because I didn't want to relocate the temp sensor as they are very fragile and easily broken. just mount the fan on the back, and power it up. Also may wish to get longer replacement screws for the mounting. The fan mount holes are designed with M4 threads in the model, and you can run a screw into them, however if tight, you may wish to chase them clean with a tap. Use M4 x 20 screws. This is best printed in PETG as it will probably melt if its in PLA. UPDATED STL 1/25/22. FIXED ISSUE THAT THE TOP OF THE FAN DUCT WAS NOT TOTALLY CONNECTED TO THE BODY AND ADDED 2 SMALL HOLES ALONG THE SIDE TO ACCOMODATE ZIPTIES TO HOLD YOUR WIRES.
