Sunlu dryer ptfe/ filament insert plug

<p>the sunlu dryer comes with a small ptfe insert which is too tight around a normal ptfe tube and restricts the filament so i designed and tweaked this a couple of times to get the fit reasonable although the filament feeds from below the spool which doesn't help the feed angle.</p><p>you won't need supports when printing.</p>
