I printed a sleek LCD case for my Sunhokey Prusa i3 using high-quality ABS. Check it out here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28767 - the results are outstanding! I printed it on standard Soda Lime glass, setting the bed temp to 100C and extruder to 235C. To keep it firmly in place, I applied a thick coat of powerful hair spray, ensuring it wouldn't shift during printing. A generous 10mm brim was added for extra security.
